生地は純日本製で帆布も富士金梅と呼ばれる歴史のある帆布を使用しています。
帆布は素材的に外縫いをすると生地がポロポロ抜けてくるのですが、生地裏にＰＶＣ加工を施すことによって切り目でもポロポロ抜けてくることがなく、レザーや合皮でないと表現できないものが生地でも表現することにより、帆布の新しい表現の在り方を可能にしました。さらに、表地に撥水加工も施し、多少の雨でもはじくように加工を施しています。
